New “Bistro Gretchen” on Campus Melaten

Freshly painted walls, modern furniture, new classics on the menu, and a different name: The former ADITEC canteen at Steinbachstraße 25 has become Bistro Gretchen. The bistro is managed by Aachener KERRES Catering GmbH.

From 7:30 a.m., besides freshly filled rolls, wraps, muesli, and fruit are also available. At lunchtime, a dish with meat or fish as well as a vegetarian option are offered. Additionally, there are soups, salads, pizza slices, bowls, and classics like currywurst with fries, sauerbraten stew, chicken nuggets, and spaghetti bolognese.

In the evening, Bistro Gretchen can be rented as an extraordinary event location on Campus Melaten. No matter the occasion, the bistro offers an excellent place to celebrate joyfully.
