16. June 2025
Whether artificial intelligence or quantum computing – new technologies promise efficiency, precision, and speed. But technological progress alone is not enough. Without putting people at the center, even the best innovations remain ineffective.
In a digital keynote as part of Innovative Tuesday on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Annette Brunsmeier, Strategy Lead Business Development – UX & Sustainability at Fsas Technologies, will demonstrate how technological transformations can be meaningfully shaped. Using the workshop format “AI Jobcrafting” as an example, she illustrates how employees can be actively involved in the development of new ways of working. It’s not just about rethinking tasks – but about the purposeful co-creation of a future-oriented working environment.
The event will take place online via Zoom and is organized by RWTH Aachen Business School. With its interdisciplinary approach, the Business School provides key impulses for a practice-oriented management education at the intersection of technology, innovation, and society.
